WHO WE ARE
Our company was founded on the quintessential hospitality principles, and experience we encountered along the last 15 years. All the inner workings of traveling to over 40 states & 10 countries to some of the most prestigious restaurants and events have been harvested.
Fortunately, having the privilege to travel around the country managing & producing events, product launches, trade-shows, partnerships, and sponsorships for fortune 500 companies which inevitably became second nature. Chef Otis brings 13 years of Culinary experience by receiving his professional training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, and from several restaurants including Houstons, The Pecan, The Ritz Carlton and the well known Walt Disney World Resorts.
Hospitality was something that over the years became embedded in our DNA and could not be avoided, from partnerships with Top Chefs, to working with FiveDiamond Properties. Even when off work we found ourselves critical of all encounters, only to share with management when departing.
That later led to working behind the scenes with some of the worlds largest film production companies. While reflecting in conversation with influential people they encouraged us to start a company. So here we are, doing what we’re passionate about and helping people enjoy some world renowned hospitality.
